London 2012 Gifted and Talented Project
As we look forward to London 2012 the school has been preparing for the games in many different ways. These have included various things from sports days with local Primary Schools to visits with the Olympic Committee.
Our school has truly embraced the values that the games hold. Encouraging pupils to think about friendship, courage, determination, excellence, equality, respect and inspiration.
We have been fortunate enough to attend an Olympic Football Match at the City of Coventry Stadium and to attend Birmingham International Airport for the switching on of the Olympic Lights.
Our school has many opportunities coming up, which include the chance to win tickets to attend the Olympic Games.
